A Major Step Toward the First AI Operating System
As we wrap up the year, November marked one of the most meaningful chapters in Steve’s journey. It has been a month focused on strengthening our foundation, improving the experience across all Steve apps, and moving decisively toward our goal of building the first AI OS. Our mission has always been to help businesses automate their workflows end to end, and this month’s progress brings us closer than ever to delivering on that promise.
Across the platform, we invested deeply in product refinement, performance, and clarity. We improved the way first time customers interact with Steve and introduced major upgrades within our core apps. These changes reflect how far we have come this year, and how much momentum we carry into the new year.
Strengthening the Foundation of Our Core Apps
Vibe Studio
Vibe Studio continues to evolve as our no-code AI app builder for teams and creators who want to build applications with AI without writing code. It is becoming a central place where businesses can design, configure, and manage their apps from a single environment.

Stripe Integration
Stripe is now available inside Vibe Studio, giving creators and businesses a direct way to accept payments, package services, and manage revenue from the same platform where they build their apps. This creates a clearer path from concept to product to monetization.

Analytics Dashboard
Vibe Studio provides a streamlined analytics experience designed to give businesses clear and actionable insights. By integrating Firebase Analytics in just a few seconds and connecting your Firebase project, you can consolidate key interaction data in a single environment and gain a comprehensive view of user behavior, engagement, and conversions. With these insights readily accessible, teams are better equipped to evaluate performance, optimize product experiences, and make informed decisions without complex configuration or additional analytics tools.

Introducing the GLM 4.6 Model
GLM 4.6 is now available to all Vibe Studio users as an advanced option for building AI driven applications. Teams and users can now run complex iterations, generate sophisticated code, and design more intelligent experiences while using credits efficiently. This addition gives organizations greater flexibility to experiment confidently, scale their AI initiatives, and deliver higher quality experiences for their customers.
Together, these developments strengthen Vibe Studio as a complete environment for building, managing, measuring, and growing applications built with AI.

AI PM
AI PM continues to grow into a dependable system for managing projects and workflows. Throughout November, it became more structured in how it interprets tasks and organizes ongoing initiatives, giving teams a clearer and more consistent way to automate planning and coordinating their objectives.

AI BookMind
BookMind received its biggest enhancements yet, making it a more capable and engaging learning companion.
Key enhancements include:
A redesigned interface
Smarter book recommendations
Book wishlists
Booked reading sessions
Deeper AI conversations around any book
Better organization for long-term learning
Integrated Steve Chat x Pica within the BookMind chat, enabling actions such as web search, sending emails, managing calendar events, and more
Together, these improvements make BookMind feel more personal, immersive, and action oriented for users who want an intelligent partner for continuous learning.

Steve Chat
Steve Chat received several updates in November focused on usability, flexibility, and growth. The interface now features cleaner formatting and a more welcoming layout, supported by improved introduction text and suggestions.
In addition, Steve Chat now supports more than 20 models from multiple providers, including Anthropic, Gemini, Qwen, Meta, and Mistral. This multi model support gives users greater choice in how they tailor performance, cost, and behavior to their specific use cases. Steve Chat continues to connect with more than 2,000 business apps and connectors, bringing us closer to a true AI operating system that understands a user’s entire toolset and can automate workflows across the business.

What’s next?
The ongoing focus for Steve Chat is the ability to build and execute end to end workflows directly within the product, enabling users to move from conversation to coordinated action in a single environment.
AI Email
AI Email is transforming how businesses manage communication. It now interprets messages more naturally, provides clearer summaries of long threads, produces well-structured replies, and organizes inboxes with greater efficiency. It is becoming a key tool for companies that want to move faster and maintain a high standard of communication.

Steve Chrome Extension
The Steve Chrome Extension also received meaningful improvements in November. This makes Steve available wherever users browse and gives them the ability to:
Summarize web pages instantly
Ask questions about any article
Save insights or content directly into Steve
Work across apps without leaving their browser
The extension makes Steve more accessible and brings AI-powered understanding directly into a user’s everyday workflow.

A New Mobile Experience
We also introduced a new mobile view for users who need Steve on the go. The experience is clean, responsive, and dependable, giving customers the ability to access their apps, handle tasks, and interact with Steve from anywhere. This makes the entire platform more flexible and more aligned with the fast-moving nature of modern work.

An Improved Experience for New Users
Our website and onboarding flow were redesigned in November to create a smoother entry into the Steve ecosystem. The new Get Started path lets customers speak directly with Steve Chat about their needs and receive personalized guidance from the start. This delivers a faster, clearer, and more intuitive experience for new Steve users.

Growth Highlights and Platform Momentum
Steve ended November with continued momentum, reaching 82,000 total users, an increase of 11,500 from September. Adoption remained broad based across startups, independent developers, and enterprise organizations. Teams continued to integrate Steve more deeply into production workflows, which supported steady onboarding and higher sustained use across active accounts. Engagement patterns indicate that new users are moving from initial evaluation into recurring usage more quickly, contributing to the overall increase in total users.

November recorded 5,600 new applications created in Vibe Studio on Steve. This steady growth reflects strong interest from both new and returning users who are adopting AI driven tools for a wide range of projects. The increase in new builds is closely linked to the recently introduced integrations, expanded model options, and an improved analytics experience in Vibe Studio, all of which make it easier for teams to design, launch, and refine applications in one environment. Together, these developments contribute to a healthier and more sustainable expansion of our builder community.

Beyond new creations, a significant share of activity in Vibe Studio came from teams iterating on existing applications. Many builders focused on refining flows, improving reliability, and extending integrations rather than starting from scratch. This pattern reflects deeper engagement from our existing user base, with more mature projects moving through steady cycles of improvement.

Looking Back on the Year and Ahead to 2026
Our vision of an AI OS has taken meaningful steps forward this year. The foundation is stronger, our applications are more refined, and the overall experience is more cohesive for the teams and creators who rely on Steve in their daily work.
This progress is shaped by your feedback, engagement, and trust. Thank you for being part of this journey and for your continued support throughout the year. We are excited for what lies ahead in 2026 and look forward to building the next stage of Steve with you.
